This page explains what the booking site measures, what it never sends, and how to change your mind.
Analytics run only with your permission
Nothing is measured until you allow it. Until you answer, no analytics script is loaded at all — not in a limited mode, not anonymously. If you decline, none is loaded afterwards either.
What we look at
With permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages and booking steps are useful — which steps people reach, and which they leave. It tells us where the booking flow is confusing.
What we never send
We never send contact information, exact appointment dates or times, or notes. This is enforced in code rather than left to care: an event carrying anything that looks like a contact detail is dropped entirely rather than sent with the offending field removed.
Changing your mind
Your choice is remembered so you are not asked on every visit. Once you have answered, an analytics privacy control appears on the page — open it to change your answer at any time, in either direction.
